Terms and conditions

Please read carefully our terms and conditions before booking onto any of our classes.
-By attending mini bops classes please by aware that you enter the premises and participate in the classes at your own risk.
-You are responsible for yourself and your child during your time at mini bops.
-All children must be supervised at all times and not left unattended under any circumstance.

Payments and bookings
All payments can only be made via direct booking on our website www.minibops.co.uk. We require the full amount at the time of booking.  Once payment has been accepted, you will receive an automated reply to confirm your booking and place via emailWhere a class is showing as 'full' on our booking system, you will be given the option to be added to our waiting list. If a space becomes available, you will be notified by email.Refunds and cancelation policy

On confirmation of booking by email you will have 14 days cool off period should you change your mind and wish to cancel the course or class you have paid for.
-In this circumstance a full refund will be given.We regret  to inform you that mini bops will not refund your money if you are unable to attend part or the entire course.
-If you need to miss a class we will not issue a refund but you may fill your space with a friend or family member (please speak to class teacher beforehand) for the intended class you'll be missing.
-If we cancel a class or course you will be notified as soon as possible and a suitable alternative option will be put into place. If this is not possible, we will issue you a full refund.
-No refunds will be given for adverse weather conditions if the class is still available to run.
-Once your course has started we cannot issue any refunds or credits. Extenuating circumstances will be considered at our discretion.

Photography and media policy
During classes we like to take pictures and videos  for marketing purposes on social media. We will always ensure we have written consent from the parent or carer before posting. If you would prefer for your child's picture to not be used that is no problem, speak to your class teacher directly to make them aware.If you wish to take picture or videos of your own child during a class for your personal use only,  please ensure that no other children in attendance are in them. If you wish to take a picture or video of a group based activity all parents and carers involved must give their permission and consent.

COVID 19
It is our main priority to have strict health and safety procedures in place in line with the governments guidlines regarding COVID 19.
If you or your child feel unwell or are showing possible symptoms of COVID 19 then please stay at home.

Ilness
If your child has any of the following symptoms then please keep them at home:
- upset stomach or diarrhoea 48 hours before class
-Impetigo
-Whooping Cough
-Hand, Foot and Mouth disease-Scarlet Fever
-virus
-Measles
-Flu
-Any other infections that may spread when in close contact with others
